Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from You Deserve Blooms, but if you change your mind, refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@youdeserveblooms.com We will then send you an email with information on where to return your purchase.

You are responsible for paying your own shipment costs for returning your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please make sure your purchase is returned in its original packaging. 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of being received. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 days to show in your account.
